- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to this dental office for a couple of years but will not return. I had to attend an appointment during my lunch from work and I quickly had a snack on the way to the dentist. Unfortunately I did not have floss or a toothbrush with me to clean my teeth prior to the appointment, but it was for a scheduled cleaning anyway so I didn't worry about it. The hygienist laughed and commented on the food particles that were stuck in my teeth...that would have been fine, but then I overheard her laughing in the hallway with a colleague and talking about how gross it was! Very unprofessional. I have also not been happy with the NUMEROUS phone calls from the receptionist. I do appreciate one reminder call but several?? Even after I call back to confirm?! Also, if I don't book every 6 months, they continually call and call and call for every member of the household to schedule an appointment. Plus the dentist gave my daughter flouride during one appointment when I specifically asked her not to.. Overall, not impressed and not a comfortable environment.by Steven BrownMay 12, 2017
